Not what I expected
My kids and I had a rough stay. Their room wasn’t clean and the heater didn’t work, but our room was clean and comfy. The location is decent and the staff were friendly at first. We ended up having to switch rooms a couple of times, which was annoying. Definitely bring your own stuff like toiletries since none were supplied.

Clean room but faced some issues
I stayed in a Classic Quadruple Room for 2 nights and found the cleanliness satisfactory. However, the heater didn't work efficiently, and it was uncomfortable during the colder nights. The staff was friendly, and the location was good, but they need to pay more attention to maintenance.
